Registering for ICD Short Courses
To attend ICD short courses, Workshops and Conferences at our centres in South Africa, Namibia, Rwanda and Zimbabwe, one has to be accepted and be registered. Applications can be done using any of the following modes:
1. Email

Our Coordination staff attend to all training requests and applications for courses within 24 hours. Email applications are very convenient where a group of delegates are being nominated for same and different courses. Most applications get same day responses. We strive to ensure you get the required information for your office approvals/ funding and VISA applications in time
2. Online application form
Applicants can also apply by completing the online registration form. The form provides the necessary details enough to consider and process the application for individual or group applications
3. Downloadable application form
Download the Application form in PDF or Word form. Complete the form and either email the scanned copy or fax to +264-61-401446.
4. Letter Application
One can also apply buy sending a letter by post. This is the longest way of applying and seems to be outdated. Applicants can use that method in cases where the training date is not very close.
5. Cell SMS
Applicants can also apply by sending SMS to +264813866883 or +27603048492. Generally the sms should have applicant name, Preferred programme Code and duration and month of training. Responses are as soon as we get your details and we strive to provide you the acceptance details within one working day
6. Phone
What is critical is for ICD to get your name, preferred course and dates. This will allow us to send you the acceptance letter confirming your registration together with the Course outline, Bank and Accommodation Details. 7. Web Chat Forum
You can also post your training requests and queries in our live Support chat forum. The Coordinators will immediately respond to your request and in most instances this is done real time.
8. Social Networks
Through our Facebook; Tweeter; WhatsApp and Linkedin networks you can also submit your requests for our services.
Large Group discounts and Referral Incentives
ICD offers Negotiable discounts on fees for at least 5 participants coming from the same institution attending same course at the same time. Incentives of up to 10% of payable fees are also given to persons who refer applicants to attend ICD courses. This is to appreciate the time and effort the person(s) would have spend distributing our information and marketing the courses and services
Payment of Tuition Fees
Payment of fees should be done before programme commencement. Payment through Bank SWIFT transfers (EFT) should be in US$ or South Africa rand. In the event of late or delayed payment an undertaking to pay should be communicated to the Programmes Coordinator. As long as that undertaking is there delegates can attend training with the hope of receiving the funds during the course of training.
